While the water resistance is excellent, I did notice the sternum strap felt a little tight even at its loosest setting, which could be an issue for some. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about cleaning instructions. Overall, a high-performing bag, though perhaps a slightly more adjustable sternum strap would be a nice touch.
